From your first message through final placement, our process is personal, collaborative, and carefully managed.
Step 01
Your inquiry lands with us
Once you send your inquiry, expect a thoughtful email back within a couple of days. We will review what you have shared, ask a few gentle questions, and begin to understand the feeling you want your flowers to carry.
Step 02
A phone call, your first consultation
This is where we get to know one another. We will talk through your vision, venue, palette, and the heart behind your event. It is also your chance to ask questions and learn more about how we work.
Step 03
In-person planning, once you are booked
After contracts are signed and your date is reserved, we schedule an in-person design meeting. Here we refine every detail — from vessels and color stories to installation layouts and delivery timelines.
Step 04
The flowers, fully handled
On the day of your event, we manage delivery, setup, and styling so you do not have to. You simply arrive to flowers that feel effortless, intentional, and entirely yours.
